GARCC CONDUCTS FIRST-QUARTER MONITORING EXERCISE IN KROWOR

The Krowor Municipal Assembly on 12th February and 13th February, 2026 hosted a monitoring team from the Greater Accra Regional Coordinating Council (GARCC) as part of its first-quarter monitoring exercise. The exercise reviewed the Assembly’s programmes, projects, and administrative activities undertaken in 2025, in line with GARCC’s mandate to provide technical guidance and operational support to Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies.
The monitoring engagement provided an opportunity for constructive assessment, knowledge sharing, and strengthened coordination aimed at improving service delivery and institutional performance within the Municipality. Officers of the Assembly actively engaged the team, presenting progress made and discussing strategies for addressing identified gaps.
The exercise also serves as an important preparatory step towards the upcoming District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT) evaluation. The Krowor Municipal Assembly remains committed to continuous improvement, accountability, and the delivery of efficient services that advance development within the Municipality.
