KROWOR MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY HOLDS STATUTORY INTERSECTORAL MEETING TO REVIEW 2026 PLANS

In accordance with its statutory mandate, the Krowor Municipal Assembly, under the leadership of the Municipal Chief Executive, Hin Ing. Paul Afotey Quaye, on Wednesday, 21st January 2026, convened an Intersectoral Meeting to review and harmonise sector plans for the 2026 planning year.
The meeting brought together key government agencies and non-decentralised departments operating within the Municipality to present their programmes, objectives, strategies, and targets for the year under review. The engagement provided a coordinated platform to strengthen collaboration, eliminate duplication of efforts, and align interventions towards accelerated and sustainable development in Krowor.
Agencies represented at the meeting included the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Serviexce (NSA), National Intelligence Bureau (NIB), Ghana Police Service, Ghana Immigration Service, Electoral Commission, Ghana Health Service, Ghana Education Service, National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), Youth Employment Agency (YEA), and the National Ambulance Service.
The Ghana National Fire Service, Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL), Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), and SSNIT were unable to attend.
The Krowor Municipal Assembly reaffirms its commitment to working closely with all agencies and departments to effectively implement these plans and improve service delivery and the overall well-being of residents of the Municipality.
