Hon. Joshua Nii Bortey the MCE of the Krowor Municipality represented at the historic commissioning of the Flower Pot interchange on the 19th November 2024 at the Spintex Road by His Excellency President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo- Addo. This event marked a significant milestone not only in the Municipal assembly but the Greater Accra Region as a whole.
Hon. Bortey, leading a high-powered delegation from the Assembly attended the ceremony to witness the official opening of the interchange, a key infrastructure project that aims at easing traffic congestion and improve road safety on one of the busiest routes in the city. The commissioning which was attended by several dignitaries, government officials, and local leaders was a moment of celebration for the Krowor Municipality and the nation as a whole.
In his remarks, President Akufo-Addo highlighted the importance of such infrastructure projects in driving economic growth, enhancing mobility and contributing to the overall development agenda of the country.
