The Krowor Municipal Assembly has officially inaugurated its Municipal HIV Committee as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the local response to HIV and AIDS within the Municipality.
The brief but significant ceremony, held on Thursday, 2nd April 2026 at the Assembly Hall, witnessed members being duly sworn into office by an Accra Circuit Court Judge.
The Committee is mandated to spearhead public education drive prevention initiatives and coordinate HIV-related activities across the Municipality, ensuring a more structured and impactful response.
