Hon. Joshua Nii Bortey, MCE for Krowor on April 12, 2024 welcomed Hon. Asenso Boakye (MP) and Minister for Roads and Highways to the Krowor Municipality as he paid a working visit to the Nungua Okpoi Goono and Boundary Road 9.80 Kilometers Rehabilitation Road Construction site. The road together forms a contiguous minor arterial road that interlinks (A12) and the Spintex Road (A9). The cardinal goal is to provide alternatives for road transit between Ledzokuku, Krowor and the Tema West and Adenta Municipalities.
In a keynote address the Hon Joshua Nii Bortey commended the Minister for taking time off his busy schedule to visit the construction site. He revealed that the rehabilitation when completed would not only ease traffic congestion on the Accra- Tema Motorway, Spintex Road and the Accra-Tema Beach Drive but to also enhance the quality of life for the citizens along the stretch
