KROMA CONCLUDES 2023 DISTRICT PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT TOOL

The Krowor Municipal Assembly (KroMA) concluded a two-day District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT) exercise which started on Thursday 5th October, 2023 and ended on Friday 6th October, 2023. This exercise was held at the Assembly’s Conference room in Nungua.
The District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT) is held every year for all Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) in the country. This assessment is a medium by which the Central Government assess performances of MMDAs and an average is struck nationwide at the end of the assessment and funds allocated according to the performance of MMDAs.
Personnel from Lidel Consult were tasked to conduct the DPAT assessment for KroMA. The team members were Mr. Prosper Dzansi (Team Leader), Ms. Rabiatu Saliu Hassan and James Dodzi Hills.
On the side of KroMA, the team was headed by the Hon. Joshua Nii Bortey (Municipal Chief Executive for Krowor) and supported by Mrs. Jemima Apedo Kallikrates (Municipal Coordinating Director, KroMA). The Krowor Municipal Assembly successfully fulfilled its minimum conditions.
Hon. Joshua Nii Bortey expressed his gratitude to the assessment team for their diligence and commitment they exhibited during the two-day exercise. The Hon. MCE for Krowor beseeched all staff of the assembly to continue to work harder for the municipality and prepare towards next year’s DPAT.
