Vision
To promote the sustainable and stable Development of the Municipality through the effective mobilization and use of resources and to improve the quality of life of its citizens.
Mission
To monitor and evaluate the activities of the Krowor Municipal Assembly while ensuring proper coordination of these activities and also to collate data for the formulation of the Assembly’s policies.
The objectives /Duties of the Development Planning Unit are to:
- Lead in strategic planning, efficient integration and implementation of public policies and programmes to achieving sustainable economic growth and development;
- Ensure that field activities are efficiently performed to produce desired output.
- Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of plans of various sector agencies and ensuring the achievement of plan targets.
- Collection and preliminary analysis of data.
- Co-ordination of donor funded development projects.
- Implementation of strategies and programmes and the preparation of projects documentation.

Introduction of the clean car, clean city project meeting held on the 29th of april,2021 which started at 10:30am and ended at 1:40pm
THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING WAS TO ENSURE A CLEAN AND HEALTHY PUBLIC TRANSPORT ENVIRONMENT, AND THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DRIVER LISTED BELOW:
1. The position of the law on the maintenance of a clean public transport environment.
2. The responsibility of the driver as regards the provision of the means of litter disposal.
3. Current resolve by the Police Administration to enforce the laws.
4. The positive impact of a cleaner environment on individual health for drivers, passengers and other operatives in the public transport environment.
5. The general positive effects of a cleaner community on national life.
