Planning and Budgeting Process

 

Krowor Municipal Assembly (KroMA) is one of the newly created Municipal Assemblies in the Greater Accra Region, which was inaugurated on 17th November 2017 and officially started operation in March, 2018. The Legislative Instrument (LI) 2318 of 2017 established the Municipal Assembly as an independent Administrative Authority.

WHAT IS A COMPOSITE BUDGET?

 

Section 122 of the Local Governance Act 2016 (Act 936) defines Composite budget to include budget of the transferred departments of the District Assemblies that are integrated into the core budgets of the District Assemblies
