On Saturday 12th July 2025, Hon. Ing. Paul Afotey Quaye together with the Member of Parliament for Krowor Hon. Dr. Agnes Naa Momo Lartey was present at the 7th edition of the Krowor MP’s Kplejoo Table Tennis Tournament held at the Nungua Bua Stop. For seven consecutive years, Hon. Dr. Agnes Naa Momo Lartey has proudly sponsored this tournament as part of her unwavering commitment to nurturing and promoting young sporting talents within the constituency.
This annual event, which coincides with the celebration of the Kplejoo Festival, has grown to become a key platform for discovering and empowering young people with interest and potential in table tennis. Through such initiatives, the MP continues to champion the cause of youth development by using sports as a tool for discipline, unity and healthy competition.
Hon. Ing. Paul Afotey Quaye commended all participants for their dedication, hard work and sportsmanship throughout the competition. He further extended his heartfelt congratulations to the winners for their outstanding performance and encouraged them to remain focused and disciplined as they develop their skills to compete at higher levels.
He also reaffirmed his commitment to supporting similar initiatives that seek to unearth and develop talents, stressing that the future of the table tennis and sports development in Krowor remains bright.
