SUPPORT FOR FIRE VICTIMS AT ROYAL PARK IN THE KLOWE KOONAA ELECTORAL AREA

On Saturday, 5th July 2025, Hon. Ing. Paul Afotey Quaye, the Municipal Chief Executive for Krowor Municipal Assembly had the honor of joining the Member of Parliament for Krowor, Hon. Dr. Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, for the official disbursement of financial support to all victims of the recent fire outbreak at Royal Park located within the Klowe koonaa Electoral Area.

The cash assistance was extended to affected residents, business owners and churches, many of whom lost their livelihoods in the tragic incident. This intervention marks a significant step towards rebuilding lives, restoring economic activity and providing hope to those impacted by the disaster.

Hon. Ing. Paul Afotey Quaye commended Hon. Dr. Agnes Naa Momo Lartey for her remarkable leadership, swift response and deep compassion shown to the victims. He also expressed sincere appreciation to all stakeholders, opinion leaders and community members who have continued to support and stand with the affected families during this challenging time.

He further reiterated the Assembly’s unwavering commitment to working with all relevant agencies to ensure lasting safety measures are put in place to prevent future occurrences, and also emphasized the need for community members to be proactive in fire safety practices.
