The Agriculture Department held a training session on climate change, demonstration on Inorganic Micro Organisms (IMO) technology for livestock farmers, crop varietal demonstrations, post-harvest management, strengthen of FBOs, Local Economic trainings for women Farmer Based Organizations (FBOs), participatory Research Extension Linkage Committee (RELC) for over 500 farmers and other value chain actors. The expected outcomes were to increase farmers’ income and enlighten them on new technologies. The session was held in September, 2023.
